Hello I am Paul C. Perrier and I am a representative of Perrier Canadian Entertainment in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada.
Perrier Canadian is a non-profit company, which I want to establish to promote and support children's charities in Canada by raising funds through different types of special entertainment events. We have 20 years of solid entertainment experience working with us that comes HIGHLY recommended. We are NOT a charity and we do NOT ask for or accept donations.

Let me tell you a little about myself before I begin. I was born in Labrador City and I moved to St. John's in 1972 at four years of age. My family moved to Kilbride, then later into the Goulds which is where my home is now. I lost my mother to cancer when I was eleven years old. As a young person growing up I had some minor brushes with the law, but as I grow older I am trying to disassociate myself from the way of life I led to a more respectful, productive way of life and with that, to be able to help children. Unfortunalty at a young age i got involved into drugs (weed/hashish) where i also started selling at around the age of 15 years old and this lasted for over 15 years. I got out on or around November 15, 2000.

*NOTE* I would like to state to people who look down at people who deal in drugs (weed/hashish) that awhile back I was approached by people who work with-in a department of government and they pressured me to work for them/government, with that i would gain legal permission to sell drugs in and around my community. I would also like to say that I was told that they didn't care if i sold drugs to the youth in my town if i was willing to collect information for them/this department of government. I was told that my pay check would be whatever drugs i could sell on the street. This offer to work for government and the legal right to sell drugs without repercussion was presented to me through blackmail, extortion and serious threats of bodily harm (decapation) if i didn't accept this offer, they swore that I wouldn't have a life in Newfoundland, that they would destroy me, and assured me there would be nothing i could do about it. I DECLINED! I could have made HUGE money accepting this offer by this department of government but i decided later that helping children was a better future for myself and the province of Newfoundland & Labrador.

In the summer of 1999 i was informed that my father was dianiogused with cancer and when I learned this it changed my life. I then decided that I had to change my life because I wanted to give my father a reason to be proud of his son like i am sure every father wants to be proud of their sons. I had a business plan and got investors that were willing to invest considerable money into my plan. The green light was given for Perrier Canadian Entertainment. If my father was possibly going to pass away with cancer like my mother before i didn't want him to leave thinking that his son done nothing with his life and if he left me anything that he worked very hard for all his life i didn't want to waste it. I then decided I was getting out of the drug dealing business and straighten up my life. Since then my father has been cancer free for almost 12 years and I thank God for this. Even though my father has recovered doesn't mean I don't have to give my father a reason to be proud of his son...doesn't mean I shouldn't change my life...I do!

My plan was/is to establish Perrier Canadian Entertainment as a non-profit company here in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador, to promote and support children's charities in Newfoundland, Canada by raising funds through different types of special entertainment events. Our first event was to be "The Great Canadian Weekend" which has since been renamed "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend". BRIEFING:

To make a VERY long story short I will brief you on what happened.

We approached media (TV, Radio, & Newspapers) back in the spring of 2000 with our plan for a concert event "The Great Canadian Weekend" and they were really excited about our event especially when they learned who our investors were.

*NOTE*At this time the media we approached didn't know this was going to be a charity event and were expecting us to put all the profits into our own pocket and they fully supported this.

We then approached three children's charities here in St. john's (we will call them "A" "B" & "C") we wanted to support with our event and they were also very excited about "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend". We then planned meetings with these charities to present our event and to answer any questions they may have. We got to meet with "A" & "B" of the charities then "C" charity backed out the day before the meeting and we were told they didn't want anything to do with the event and didnt want the money the "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend" could have generated for them, but refuse to give reasons.

We noticed after meeting with charity "A" and informing them that we wanted a detailed description on how this money was going to be spent so we could post on our website to show the public all excitement left their voices, four days later this charity and one of our local media had people call me cursing and swearing and making FALSE accusations against me. They went so far as to deny meeting with myself over this event prior to this. Charity "C" makes threats that if we try to raise money to help children at our local children's hospital they will take court action to prevent this but refuse to give reasons why.

*NOTE* Now the media know this event is to raise money to help children and now they want nothing to do with this but refuse to give reasons why.

The first meeting we had with charity "A" they actually agreed to go to media with us to ask the public to sign a petition to request the services of the world famous rock group AC/DC to preform at "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend", but days later backed out and then started insulting/degrading us without reason. I am sure the people of Newfoundland & Labrador would have LOVED to see AC/DC in this province.

Also around the same period of time we had people who worked with-in certain departments of government cause major interference with our plans to help children. These people destroyed potential investors, had private funding that we were using to try and establish Perrier Canadian Entertainment stopped, harassed friends, family, neighbours, business contacts, fabucating falsehoods againt me and when I finally contacted one of these people involved and asked why they were running interference with us, the comment they gave for doing this was a childish outburst of laughter and the words "no comment".

We had contacted numerous well known high profile people about our event hoping they could help us, unfortunelly and amazingly without any luck.

Since then Perrier Canadian Entertainment has been what you could say "blackballed" here in Newfoundland and we have tried many ways to inform the public about our story in hopes that the public can help us. Its hard to inform the public through emails and posters but when the media refuse to speak with us what are we supposed to do, how do we inform the public?

In 2007 I made an offer to the media for the public to save a child’s life at the Janeway Children's Hospital in the hopes the public would help me with my quest. The media refused to allow this offer to save a childs life go public, they didn't even question me on this. Why would media refuse to make public an offer to save a child's life? Isn't a child's life worth it? Why were they not interested in speaking with me? What were/are they afraid of!!??

Am I so bizzare to want to change my life and walk away from the drug dealing world, to led a more respectful, productive way of life and with that, help children? To open a company like Perrier Canadian Entertainment and legally work for my money.. take that money and give it to sick and needy children to assist them?
Am I now an evil person because I want to legally generate my own money by providing a service to the public and take that money to help children without asking for donations and then wanting to FULLY show the public how Perrier Canadian Entertainment will generate and disperse the money? Is this so wrong?

I thought living in the great country of Canada everyone had the right to change their life especially if that change was a positive change? I walked away from drug dealing to want to give my father a reason to be proud of his son and with this help children here in Newfoundland & Labrador. The treatment i took over this was like if i walked away from helping children to sell drugs.... this seems morbitally backwards.... someone please help us!

Conditions of reward are as follows:

1) FULL News Story Through TV, Radio and Newspaper To Inform Public About Perrier Canadian Entertainment, Our company website and our Facebook website:

We want a news story done by TV, Radio and newspaper here in Newfoundland & Labrador once a week or more for four weeks to inform the public about Perrier Canadian Entertainment and what we want to do for children in this province. This will also consist of informing the public about our Facebook website so the public can interact with Perrier Canadian so the public can follow this story and be FULLY informed about our progress. All questions including those from media that may be asked will be posted on our Facebook website, this way the public can directly ask questions and get the FULL and COMPLETE TRUE story.

Perrier Canadian Entertainment are asking the public for permission to operate here in this great province to help children by raising funds though entertainment events. If the public feel the same as media and charities we approached and think it would not be a good idea for Perrier Canadian Entertainment to do business in the Province of Newfoundland & Labrador then we are asking the public to tell us.. tell us here on our Facebook website www.facebook.com/perriercanadian. If this is the case then we will accept the invitation to move Perrier Canadian Entertainment to one of three other provinces which are Vancouver, British Columbia, Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa Ontario. We can not just leave Newfoundland & Labrador without reason and that will depend on the response of the public. I can not go to another province and take care of other children while leaving my own behind. How can I say with confidence, with honesty and integrity that I want to support children while neglecting my own? I feel i need to leave this decision with the people of this province.

2) Need answers why media and charities treated us poorly so we can fix problem/s:

We need to know the reasons why media/charities we have approached have treated us so poorly for wanting to help children here in Newfoundland & Labrador. It is impossible to have such a concert event without a media package to promote this event or having a charity's name put on the event. We can't fix the problem if there are any if the media/charities refuse to meet with us to give us answers.

3) Letters Of Support For "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend":

We need to secure letters in support of "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend" from
A) Media that we need to promote the show.
B) Charities that will allow us to support them.
C) Health Minister because we want to help children at the Janeway Children’s hospital.
D) Tourism Minister because this event will be great for the toursim industry.
E) Premier because we received a letter from Terry French the Tourism Minister on behalf of the Premier, so we feel the Premier may support this.

4) Want Our Files Back:

In 2006 after working on a child abuse issue for a victim that came to Perrier Canadian for assistance, our company files/email account/contacts (approx 6 years of work) were seized by the Newfoundland & Labrador government and even though we have legal right to have our files/email account returned. Unfortunalty after 2 years of requesting our property back and being asked for Elton John tickets numerous times that we did not produce, to this date we still havent been able to retrieve our files/email account . We need our files back.

5) Payment of $10.000.00 REWARD:

Payment of reward will be only given 30 days after the completion of "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend".

We believe if we can get our story out in the public that someone who is well regarded and much respected by the public, someone who will be heard, listened to, and taken very seriously will come forward to help us with our quest. I'm convinced that nothing is impossible. Putting a man on the moon was at one time considered to be an impossible dream, and with a little determination and the help of someone with a good heart, someone who believes in children, I'm sure that I'll be able to accomplish my dream of establishing Perrier Canadian Entertainment and launching "The Great Perrier Canadian Weekend", and many more entertainment events in proud support of the children, the future of Newfoundland & Labrador.
